Dance Teacher

Are you a Dance Teacher looking to expand your skill set in a classroom setting? We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Dance Teachers to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Tamworth. This is a great opportunity to take your classroom management skills to the next level while keeping a flexible work schedule. The role can be either full or part time to suit your needs.

Supervise secondary school classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain focused on the pre-set work.
Utilise your experience in Dance to inspire and manage students, maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
Report back to teaching staff on student behavior, progress, and any issues during the day.

Previous experience as a Dance Teacher or working with young people in an educational or coaching role.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and schools.
Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years.
