This renowned haute couture house known for its eccentric and unconventional fashion designs, are seeking a talented Client Advisor to join their Harrods team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our esteemed clientele.

You will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting unique pieces that reflect their individual style and embody the distinctive aesthetics of the brand.

Furthermore, as a Client Advisor, you will have the chance to grow within the company, with potential opportunities to take on leadership roles or contribute to other areas of our business. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure an unforgettable shopping experience for our discerning clients.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide personalised and exceptional customer service to clients, offering fashion advice and assisting with their styling needs.
  • You shall develop a deep understanding of the brand and its unique design philosophy in order to effectively communicate it to clients.
  • We expect you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Your responsibility will include conducting thorough client consultations to identify their preferences, style, and wardrobe requirements.
  • You will proactively engage with potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls and emails to promote the brand and generate sales leads.
  • We expect you to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • You shall actively contribute to achieving sales targets by driving product knowledge and promoting new collections and limited editions to clients.
  • It is your duty to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients by efficiently managing inventory, processing transactions accurately, and coordinating delivery logistics.

Requirements

  • You must have a strong knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends, designers, and historical references.
  • We expect you to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • You should be highly creative and innovative, able to think outside the box and contribute to the development of unique and unconventional fashion concepts.
  • We require you to have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalised and attentive assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with each interaction.
  • You must possess a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with the ability to identify quality craftsmanship and ensure the highest standards are maintained in all aspects of client experience.
