Creating original and innovative luxury soft toys, Jellycat combines luxurious fabrics with quirky and cute designs and sells its products online and via stockists throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a Resourcer to join our growing People Team and support the Talent Partner with identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for the Jellycat workforce. You will assist in actively sourcing candidates through various channels, maintaining our candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role will initially be a 6 Month FTC , offering the right candidate an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global talent sourcing and recruitment while contributing to the success of our hiring initiatives at a time of fast paced growth.

You'll be;

  • Supporting the Talent Partner with end-to-end recruitment
  • Sitting in on role briefing meetings with internal stakeholders, taking notes
  • Liaising with external recruitment agencies if/when required
  • Managing CV applications via our careers site, sourcing candidates through online platforms, and other channels
  • Screening and selecting candidate CVs and applications against job requirements
  • Coordinating interviews, send interview confirmations, and follow up with candidates to provide updates on their application status and next steps in the recruitment process.
  • Conducting initial candidate screening calls, providing summaries and feedback to the Talent Partner and hiring managers
  • Overseeing the Jellycat Recruitment inbox, responding to and actioning internal/external emails
  • Preparing recruitment materials, writing and posting job adverts, supporting the People Coordinator with organizing candidate documents, and updating recruitment reports and metrics
  • Maintaining accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or candidate databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Collaborating with the People Team and wider departments across the business to ensure alignment on sourcing priorities, share best practices, and contribute to overall recruitment success

You'll have;

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR/Recruitment environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word
  • Previous experience working with an ATS (TeamTailor is a bonus)
  • Confident and articulate telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strengths inbuilding & maintaining effective professional relationships
  • A personable and positive mindset and approach
