Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager Location: Leading Mechanical Contractor
My client is a distinguished Mechanical Contractor with a specialised focus on the commercial, retail, and hospital sectors. Located in Stoke, we are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage our projects in the commercial, retail, and hospital sectors. This role is a hands-on position and requires a dedicated individual who can ensure project success and maintain the high standards we are known for.
Manage and oversee mechanical projects in the commercial, retail, and hospital sectors, from inception to completion.
* Lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met.
* Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
* Implement and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
* Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
* Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
* Hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Competitive salary, up to £60,000 per annum, based on experience.
