We are looking for somebody to be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns, to attract clients, drive job applications and attract job seekers. Alongside measuring our ROI on marketing spends. As a fast-growing and dynamic business we are looking for creativity to come up with innovative campaigns and strategies to highlight our activities and capture the attention of the target audience.

  • Plan and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive job seeker applications and re-engage existing workers through web, email, social, SEO, PPC, and paid media activity.
  • Analyse White Horse's brand positioning, and consumer insights and ensure marketing and comms align with our vision and mission.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Develop and implement marketing and PR campaigns for White Horse, along with identifying business awards, networks, and partnerships that align with White Horse's target sectors.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the brand's image and reputation, leading all profile-raising initiatives, in-house hosted events, and the content and comms about the above.
  • Develop a strong new customer narrative, writing briefs for marketing assets to support campaign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing communications with product launches, promotions, and other business activities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create department-based Marketing plans and execute support required.

The role is hybrid and can part-time, this would suit somebody looking to work in a flexible business that is looking for innovative and fun marketing strategies with no two days the same. We are looking for around 20 hours but can be flexible for the right person to increase or decrease dependent on the person.
