Senior Area Sales Manager

A Senior Regional Sales Manager needs to be a strategic thinker with an analytical approach to their work. We are looking for someone to shape our London Region and widen our proposition across the entirety of the South, building out and exploring new regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting our sales strategy. The person should be a fantastic people manager, a superb strategist and have a proven record of successfully scaling similar sized sales businesses.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
PNL & financial modelling
Motivating your internal & external sales teams
Ensure training is carried out to a high standard and your teams are hitting key KPI's
Building & modelling out new regions and new opportunities within the UK.
Working closely with the Regional Manager to ensure we are meeting our goals of having a best-in-class sales team
Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Experience managing sales teams 15+. 5 years of relevant sales experience including management of both sales & operations with a track record of exceeding quota
~ Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
~ ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
~ Strong leadership and team building skills
~ Expertise in the Microsoft office suite
~ An understanding of the subscription model is a bonus.
Able to work in central London 3 days a week (Located in Soho)
~ Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
~ 5 years of relevant senior sales manager experience
