The MRO Tool Store Operative role is designed to provide direct control and supervision of tools and aircraft equipment required during Aircraft Maintenance, Major Repairs and Modification work of aircraft transferred to Boeing.
The Operations Tool Store Operative is accountable to the Operations Manager/s for the Issue, Control and Maintenance of all tooling and ground support equipment within a defined area of responsibility. CribMaster and undertake the relevant Tool Control System training.
Request from Tool Custodian tool asset number for all tools and ensure proper markings of the tools.
Carry out daily open and close (or handover) checks on the main tool store and carry out regular periodic inventory management checks of all tool kits
Carry out appropriate actions for the replenishment, control and management of FLAP accounts and provisions/stores/consumables.
Possesses knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, BDUK Part 145 MOE, aviation Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety Management System (SMS) and application of these requirements within their area of accountability, responsibility and authority.

This role is for a locally hired position in the UK and candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the UK.
