The team's mission is to empower fans to make smarter sports decisions through data-driven insights and AI-powered recommendations In 2024, the team successfully launched a B2C subscription service that has scaled rapidly and is experiencing strong revenue and audience (~$5M ARR, growing each month, and profitable). We are now seeking a visionary Managing Director to lead and scale our B2C subscription business to become the number one sports data and analytics business in North America. Your Mission As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of our B2C subscription business, owning the vision, strategy, execution, and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, set the strategic direction, and ensure execution such that our subscription service delivers maximum value to both our B2C users and B2B partners while achieving top market positioning and strong financial performance that grows steadily. Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You bring: Proven experience leading a subscription or digital business with full P&L accountability, ideally within the digital sports betting, sports media and fintech. Experience in scaling subscription-based products or services, with strong knowledge of user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies, ideally in the United States market. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and execution skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams. Ability to prioritize, make high-stakes decisions, and guide teams through ambiguity and complex projects. Experience launching and managing multi-platform, large-scale products or services.
