Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
Coordinate and lead project meetings, including kickoff, status updates, and project reviews.
Engage with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress and any potential issues.
Allocate and manage resources, including team members, contractors, and materials, to ensure project efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing commercial office construction projects from conception to completion.
Extensive knowledge of commercial office design principles, technical requirements, and production workflows.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to liaise effectively with studio executives, production teams, and contractors.
Ability to manage complex projects while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Leadership qualities to inspire and lead project teams towards achieving project objectives.
