Their group provides holistic advice to clients, which offers associates the chance to pursue several different areas and avoid being “siloed” in one narrow specialty. The firm have some of the highest profile clients available giving the successful candidate the opportunity to work on market leading deals.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior/Mid-Level Real Estate Finance Associate to join the firm's dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will have strong experience working for both sponsor and Actor Lenders.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Real Estate Finance
  • Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of success in a top-tier law firm.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
