Forbes Solicitors has a fantastic opportunity for a Bids and Tenders Specialist to join our Marketing & Business Development Department at our Walton Summit office. The role is a full-time role, working 36.25 hours per week. The purpose of the job role is to support in growing and retaining our client base through supporting with the successful production, project management and submission of bids and tenders. The role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as: Identifying and researching targets and bids opportunities on tender portals or from direct alerts/emails to help drive growth; Setting up and leading on bid/no bid meetings to agree to tendering opportunities; Setting up and leading on tender kick start meetings, completing project management plans; Completing bid proformas, writing tender responses, presentations and project managing submissions to ensure we submit the highest quality responses and on deadline; Supporting in the mobilisation of new clients following successful tender outcomes to ensure maximisation of contracts; Obtaining feedback and looking for trends and improvements following tender submissions to ensure we are continually improving our process and have strong success rates; Improving the data contained in and functionality of the bids database to ensure our processes are efficient.
