Account Manager at Immersive Me

Immersive-me is a Multimedia creative studio that designs & delivers immersive & interactive experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team at Immersive-me. This individual Will bring a Wealth of experience and will be pivotal in driving the growth of our company, leveraging their exceptional communication skills, creative flair, and strong initiative. This role calls for a proactive leader who can identify new opportunities, foresee future trends, and thrive in the company of our incredibly talented team of creatives, makers, and doers.

Obtain, evaluate, and implement post-project feedback to refine our approach and better understand client needs.


CRM : Keep our CRM system up-to-date and efficiently utilised.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects push boundaries yet remain achievable.

Financial Acumen: Manage quotes to ensure quality while maintaining profitability.


Data Analysis : Use data to direct our strategies, identifying opportunities and areas for enhancement.

Network to establish connections that reflect our brand values and turn opportunities into lasting partnerships. Creative: Develop ideas from client requirements into compelling briefs, working closely with our technical and creative teams. Use market insights to refine and bolster our creative offerings.


3+ Years Relevant Industry Experience: You've successfully closed & managed £100k+ projects Especially within the design, creative, marketing, OOH agency, or creative studio sectors.

Clear, concise, and compelling in both team chats and client presentations.

You can analyse, foresee and develop Long term solutions that align with the company's goals. 

Technical Interest: Familiarity or interest in immersive technologies is a bonus but not essential.

Organisational Skills: You're adept at juggling multiple tasks, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

Creative: Having a creative streak is a must. Persistence: You have Dogged determination. We work with some of the biggest brands in the world across a variety of industries and settings, delivering innovative and immersive experiences that captivate and engage. But our work doesn’t stop with brands. As a creative studio with an artistic practice, we also collaborate with a host of cultural organisations & spaces, and partner with other artists to create works that transcend the commercial sphere.
