Your new role
You will be working within a friendly, stable and professional team who all work to common goals and objectives. No two days will be the same and the work you complete will have a meaningful impact on the company. In this role of IT Procurement Coordinator , you will be providing an essential service and the successful applicant will need to be highly organised and engaging. Duties will include - Monitor Remedy system on a daily basis for IT requirements, raising purchase orders for all IT across the UK and parts of Europe, monitoring general stock levels of standard IT equipment and replenish when necessary, ensuring items are provided / purchased within policies and procedures, Manage UK laptop/desktop estate, update Fixed Asset register, monthly updates regarding IT issue and stock, annual asset audit for UK & SCSE regions, monitor disposal details and ensure added to asset register, manage ticket orders and ensure equipment returns process is adhered to and assign machines for re-issue where possible, goods receipt items where appropriate, update central purchasing file on a regular basis, arrange couriers where necessary to other sites, liaise and build professional relationships with key vendors.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking to hire a highly talented and engaging individual who has excellent organisation and coordination skills. You will need to have excellent English language skills (verbal and written) along with the ability to efficiently and efficiently learn new IT systems. Our client is ideally seeking a candidate who has worked in a similar IT Procurement Coordinator role previously.
What you'll get in return
IT Procurement Coordinator, Basingstoke, Full time, Mon to Fri, Twelve-month contract, parking on site, hybrid working once trained with three days in the office and two working from home, GBP15 PH plus 12% holiday allowance. Candidates with more than a one-week notice period will not be suitable for this role. Candidates must have full right to work in the UK already in place.
