Our client is seeking a Effectiveness Analyst (Qlik Developer) to join their Commercial Excellence team. This exciting role involves creating and implementing robust analytical solutions to promote data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain interactive Qlik dashboards to visualise data and support business decision-making.
Interpret data to create innovative visualisations, telling clear stories through complex datasets.
Provide end-user training and create technical/user documentation for Qlik solutions.
Deliver high-quality, insightful, and accurate business performance reporting.
Support commercial business teams with actionable data insights and solutions.

Data Expertise: Proficiency in QlikSense and data analytics platforms, with experience in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Business Acumen: Proven ability to translate business questions into actionable data insights, ideally within a life sciences or commercial setting.
Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Veeva or Salesforce) and ERP systems. Innovation: Creative problem-solving skills to develop cutting-edge visualisations and streamline processes.
Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
