Founded on the principles of accessibility and equitability, FairArt is creating the industry’s first collector-to-collector live marketplace and global artist royalty scheme for the secondary art market.

Fair for the artist - Establishes the first equitable international framework for compensation 

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Community Lead based in London, UK. The ideal profile is someone with a strong understanding and passion for contemporary art, who is driven to help us in achieving the business’ targets and energised by social media growth and community engagement.

Proven experience in marketing with a particular focus on social media (Instagram / Tik Tok), ideally in luxury, e-commerce or art/culture sectors 
Good generalist marketing experience, with an understanding of multiple marketing channels, covering organic and paid social, email marketing, and community marketing
Good creative judgement, with the ability to balance commercial expediency against brand-building
Ability to think in an entrepreneurial and creative way about how to maximise the reach and impact of our marketing
Proven track record of exceeding commercial targets including follower and engagement growth
Confident building and nurturing strong relationships with collectors and the wider art community
We are open to being flexible if a candidate impresses in other departments. 

Take entire ownership of our social media channels through developing original video/static content 
Responsible for the organic social media calendar for the brand's social platforms - this includes brainstorming ideas, designing content, posting, and reporting.
Leading digital marketing campaigns 
Develop and execute content ideas to stay aligned with trends, viral content, and pop-culture/social media news.
Build relationships with collectors, galleries and artists at gallery openings, art fairs and museum exhibitions 
Researching and writing both short and long form art editorial content
You’ll play a central role in building one of the most disruptive tech companies in art, working directly with both co-founders
