My client are looking for an Infrastructure Consultant with experience implementing ManageEngine specifically Service Desk Plus.
You would ideally have experience with the below deliverables and be immediately available for an outside IR35 contract.

  • Familiarize oneself with our implementation of ServiceDesk Plus.

  • Lead the development of an MVP for Change Management.

  • This involves refining requirements provided by our change team, with certain aspects needing additional adjustments to align with our operational standards.

  • Utilize professional experience to enhance existing progress.

  • Thoroughly document the developed solution.

  • Produce user documentation.

  • Conduct user training sessions.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in managing ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud at an administrative level.

  • Advanced understanding of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud features such as Business Rules, Triggers, Custom Actions, and Custom Scripts.

  • Capable of creating comprehensive user documentation.

  • Skilled in delivering effective user training sessions.

  • Expertise in configuring, designing templates, and establishing workflows within ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Change Management
