They are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of 10-15 key accounts, with a primary focus on expanding their product lines within these accounts and identifying new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry, who is eager to develop their sales career by working with some of the UK's most prestigious retail brands.


Manage and nurture relationships with 10-15 existing retail accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of each account's needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional product lines within your assigned accounts.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and market share within your portfolio.
Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities, including targeting potential new retail partners.
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and product offerings.
Experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, retail or FMCG industry.

Someone with experience in a retail focused (or similar) role, e.g. a buyer - who is looking for that step into a sales focused role within the Beauty & Cosmetics industry
