As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. This position involves a combination of organizational, communication, and analytical skills to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
As you will report into the Head of Department they will be there to support, help, guide and develop you to whatever you want to become.
Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
Input and update customer information in the company's CRM system.
~ Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
