Employment Senior Associate - National firm - Birmingham/Hybrid



A UK Top 100 firm is looking for an Employment Senior Associate to join their market-leading team based in Birmingham. Acting for around 200 NHS and private healthcare bodies throughout the UK, the team is at the forefront of bringing employment law services in the health sector.



As a Senior Associate in this highly regarded team, you will work on a range of complex contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, handling complex tribunal claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment matters. You will be a Qualified Solicitor with upwards of four years' PQE and strong experience of employment litigation.



Ideally experience of overseeing junior lawyers and paralegals
