We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to work at a welcoming SEN
School based in Thetford. where your efforts will directly contribute to the success and well-being of
children with special educational needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you
will help manage the classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning
environment and support students with personal care and mobility as needed.

Tailor support to address the unique learning requirements of students with SEN.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
* Assist in maintaining classroom order, fostering a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
* Regularly monitor and evaluate the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
* Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.

**Experience working or volunteering with SEND children (preferably with autismADHD experience).
* Commitment to safeguarding children.
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
