QAD/1093/1203Role: Contract Exit Manager Contract Length: Anticipated 18 months Location: London Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rate This role will be predominantly remote working with a requirement to attend occasional meetings in London. We are seeking an Exit Manager with robust Contract expertise, possessing outstanding commercial insight and extensive experience in contract terminations. You will work with the incumbent supplier to ensure service continuity for contract exit and be responsible for appropriate governance, assurance and managing risks, issues and dependencies. Key accountabilities:

  • Review new supplier deliverables from an exit perspective to ensure the new contract implementation is in line with the agreed Exit Plan
  • Manage the progress of the current supplier against the agreed exit plan and termination services
  • Attend the Exit Governance Board meetings to report on progress, dependencies, risks and escalations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Experience of the entire procurement lifecycle
  • Experience ensuring commercial assurance and risk mitigation during contract exits and transitions
  • Assessing and managing risks associated with contract exits, as well as developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Experience reviewing exit plans and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of the supply chain.
  • Experience managing the contractual relationship with incumbent suppliers through exit governance boards
  • Knowledge of employee benefits (desirable).
