Our client offers expert, regulated, independent advice to private clients, companies and trustee's in all areas of Financial Planning & Wealth Management.
There are various administration opportunities available within the team due to a recent company/office acquisition and adviser expansion.
Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.
Illustration requests
Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures
Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant
Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate
General back-office support using IO software
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
