Our client offers expert, regulated, independent advice to private clients, companies and trustee's in all areas of Financial Planning & Wealth Management.

There are various administration opportunities available within the team due to a recent company/office acquisition and adviser expansion.

Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.

Illustration requests

* Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures

* Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant

* Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate

* General back-office support using IO software

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
