Business Development Manager ( Full-Time office-based position)
Location: Medical Tourism Limited UK main office, London, United Kingdom.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive company growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the European market, focusing on attracting dental tourism from European countries to our clinic in Turkey.
Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders including dental associations, insurance companies, travel agencies, and other relevant organizations.
Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve targets and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the European dental tourism sector.
Create and implement marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to target European audiences, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, analyzing metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for European business development initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to dental tourism and European market dynamics.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
A master's degree from a reputable university in Europe or Turkey is highly preferable.
Minimum 5 years proven track record in senior business development or sales, ideally within healthcare or medical tourism, with at least 3 years of prior experience in the Turkish medical tourism sector.
Strong grasp of the European healthcare market, particularly dental services and medical tourism trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English, with proficiency in additional European languages preferred.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and implement effective business plans.
Demonstrated experience in building successful partnerships with external stakeholders.
Fluency in English and French; proficiency in another European language such as German, or Spanish is desirable.
Hold a passport from a country with easy visa processes for European travel and have unrestricted access.
Ability to travel at any time.
Turkish mother tongue and familiarity with Turkey's medical tourism sector are essential.
