Forbes Solicitors has a fantastic opportunity for a Bids and Tenders Specialist to join our Marketing & Business Development Department at our Walton Summit office. The role is a full-time role, working 36.The purpose of the job role is to support in growing and retaining our client base through supporting with the successful production, project management and submission of bids and tenders.
Identifying and researching targets and bids opportunities on tender portals or from direct alerts/emails to help drive growth;
Setting up and leading on tender kick start meetings, completing project management plans;
Completing bid proformas, writing tender responses, presentations and project managing submissions to ensure we submit the highest quality responses and on deadline;
Improving the data contained in and functionality of the bids database to ensure our processes are efficient.

Demonstrable postgraduate bids and tender experience preferably in a professional services environment;
Demonstrate a passion for writing and project management;
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
