As an Account Operations Executive you will p rovide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks including the accurate and timely processing of renewals and directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments.
You will be responsible for:This role will be responsible for providing support to the team and dealing with customer questions and queries.
Ensuring all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA’s, providing an exceptional level of service to the customer
Developing strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments
Taking responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Taking on any other duties as requested by the line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI’s
Strong attention to detail
Process driven & results orientated
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
Customer focused
Excellent organisational skills
Effective time management and prioritising skills
