The client I am representing is part on the NHS within Public Sector and Government. This particular branch provides support services Manchester and the surrounding area, and specialise in Transactional Procurement. They play a key role within the NHS and take pride in their organisation and the level of customer service they provide.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Finance Administrator include, but may not be limited to:

  • Reviewing procurement requirements.
  • Assessing non-compliant requisitions and communicate with clients.
  • Examining documentation including contracts, quotes for processing requisitions.
  • Liaising with the Transactional Procurement team to resolve queries.
  • Delivering advice and guidance to External stakeholders.
  • Supporting external stakeholders.
  • Arranging new supplier sets, between suppliers and clients.
The Successful Applicant

The successful a Finance Administrator should possess:

  • NHS or Public Sector and Government background desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to reliably commute to Salford.
  • Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Can deliver a high standard of Customer Service.
  • A team player, who constantly displays commitment and flexibility.
  • Willingness to register at your nearest Page Personnel Office
  • Eligible for a DBS check.
What's on Offer

On offer to the candidate:

  • Hourly rate between £10.53-£12.53 per hour.
  • 2-month temporary contract with possibility of extension to a year.
