As part of the wider Claims function, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims below £25,000, and supporting the team and department in achieving key performance targets that are in place.What you will do:Handle Claims in accordance with the Best Practise Guide.Adhere to the legal and regulatory framework in accordance with the relevant bodies.Complete Exception & Audit controls within agreed timescalesComply with internal esure policy and procedures, and comply with external best practice and legislation, e.g. equal opportunities.Work collaboratively with your team and wider business to achieve the best outcomes for esure and our customers.Work with your team leader group to achieve proactive quality file handling.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:Someone who really cares about giving outstanding and fair customer service to our customers.Existing knowledge of claims or processes within claims would be beneficial.The ability to effectively communicate with customers and third party representatives.The ability to collaborate with individuals from all areas of the business.Excellent organisational and planning skills.
