Smart Environmental Support Solutions are excited to be recruiting for an Onsite Account Manager to support our clients, who are Waste Management specialists, based in the Southeast

The Account Manager will support recruitment service delivery across sites in Hampshire, Oxfordshire & Sussex. You will supporting in the recruitment of the flexible workforce across a number of our client sites in these locations.
This is a hybrid position which encompasses a mixture of client management and recruitment, frequent travel to sites will be required.
Fully understand client needs and maintain compliance with KPIs and company policies.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Conduct candidate interviews, testing, and selection to meet service standards.
Provide work inductions and manage personnel performance.
Oversee recruitment activities and performance management.
Call Allowance- £1000 P/A

Previous experience in a recruitment background is essential
Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage
Excellent level of English, both spoken and written is essential
Flexible, adaptable approach is essential
Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car
