The role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst Intern for a six-month internship. The intern will research the global marketplace to identify prospective customers from our ideal customer profiles of charterers, owners, and brokers. Identify key contact information and assist in maintaining our Salesforce CRM system. Through detailed research this role will help us as a business ensure we have a grasp of the full market potential for our key product areas.

Working closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and also Sales and Account Management teams, this role demands strong research, analytical and communication skills along with a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research the market to identify potential customers based on our ideal customer profile of global charterers, owners, and brokers.
  • Collect and verify contact details, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Update and maintain this information within our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Create reports within Salesforce to be shared within the business.
  • Assist in deduplication of records and help maintain a healthy CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support business development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Research, Business, or related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM experience a distinct advantage.
