Commercial Director
Property Services - Planned Maintenance, Fire Safety, Retrofit
Up to £125,000 Plus Package
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Director to join one of our clients based in Essex.
The client are a principle contractor and they are currently going through some very exciting growth having won a number of new contracts around London & Home Counties.
As a business, they cover planned maintenance, fire safety and retrofit schemes as well as general refurbishment and construction projects.
They have secured several long term contracts and currently delivering circa £50m per annum.
The Role;
- Manage budget up to £50m per annum
- Cost planning
- Closing out and Setting up contracts commercially Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and a Commercial Manager
- Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
- Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
- Approve sub-contractors & supplier payments
- Attending & Charing progress meetings with clients
- Regular on site visits
- Overlook P&L with operational leads
- Cash flow management
