Commercial Director

My client are a provider of services to the NHS and are actively looking to fill a newly created role - Commercial Director. Please note for this role, you must have significant healthcare experience, particularly the NHS.
The Commercial Director plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the business. Reporting to the Group Director, the Commercial Director is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Skills needed
- Significant understanding of the NHS landscape
- Previous track record of selling into the NHS
- Must have healthcare experience
- Previous experience in commercial contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Previous management experience, leading small sales teams.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Experience in creating and executing plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
The client need someone who can really hit the ground running , have solid relationships with the NHS and be confident growing services.
