A successful 35-year-old, 40 strong franchise operation, this company serves the automotive and transport industry nationwide. Offering windscreen repairs, monthly fleet checks, restoration of headlights and scratched vehicle windows to more than 400 national transport fleet customers, national car hire operators, bus and coach operators and franchised car dealers.

We are looking for an Experienced B2B National Sales & Operations Manager with an entrepreneurial ambition to grow our market share in line with our business strategy. This role offers the perfect opportunity for career development. You will be supported by an admin team based at our Head Office in Kent.

Visiting new and existing clients, along with our franchisees on a regular basis, your position will be mainly field based but ideally you will be in commutable distance to the Head Office.

The National Sales & Operations Manager role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain existing relationships with our largest customers
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Oversee all aspects of our Franchisee Scheme

National Sales & Operations Manager Minimum Requirements:

  • Senior Sales Management experience in the B2B market
  • Experience in Management of Field Operatives
  • Automotive Industry experience preferred.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
