We are currently seeking a Development & Engagement Coordinator in Employability to facilitate partnerships anddesign a commissioning framework for employability programmes within the third sector, providing local peoplewith opportunities, skills, and positive outcomes for employment.
Designing, delivering, and evaluating programs that tackle local employment needs will be at the core of yourresponsibilities. You'll also oversee our employability grants programme, using data to measure effectiveness and inform futureimprovements. Providing guidance and training to empower third sector organisations in engaging with localcommissioning processes will be key, as you work to co-produce new services in employability.

We are currently seeking a Development & Engagement Coordinator in Social Enterprise to lead our efforts inhelping social enterprises achieve their business and social value goals.
Your practical skills and experience inbusiness advising and/or community development will be essential in this role.
Additionally, you will help social enterprises build their networks and voice, playing an instrumental role infacilitating the Forth Valley Social Enterprise Network. Your ability to build relationships, balance practicalsupport with strategic insights, and influence local policy and practice will be key in shaping the future ofsocial enterprise in Stirling.

Community Participation andEngagement Manager. Funded directly by Scottish Government, the Community Participation and Engagement Manager,is a newly created role to shape, and contribute to, an important and innovative programme of work GreenerGrangemouth: a 10-year programme as part of the Grangemouth and Falkirk Growth Deal (2024-2034) puttingcommunity health and wellbeing at the heart of Grangemouth’s Just Transition Programme.
We are looking for a person who understands the community landscape of Grangemouth, the priorities and challengesfaced by the people who live and work in the town and is interested in supporting the transition to net zerothrough the decarbonisation of industry and community justice.
With strong communication skills, and exceptional at managing relationships, the postholder will engage with a widenetwork of stakeholders including representatives from the third sector and local communities, industry,business, public sector, and academic sector to create a visible and consistent ‘on the ground’ presence inGrangemouth, focusing on developing relationships with people across the breadth of the community, ensuringthose seldom heard have a route to participation, and supporting collaboration across networks.
Whilst enhancing community capacityto take part in the Just Transition process in Grangemouth, the Community Participation and Engagement Managerwill be fundamental to establishing a new approach to multi-partner participatory democracy.
