The company have a professional yet supportive and friendly working environment. The Quality Manager Role: Ensure product is manufactured to the required quality standards. Promote the company’s “right first time” policy. Lead a team of personnel for quality issues defining, directing, and maintaining quality standards. Effectively manage the Corrective and Preventive action process. Identify and implement potential improvements, including cost reduction and yield or process improvements; lead/participate in continuous improvement team activity meetings. Be the Customer Liaison for product quality within the internal customer focus teams. Supervise skills matrix assessments and training. Interaction with customer and suppliers on quality related matters. Liaise with engineering on the NPI process. Be the management representative for all audits and manage the Company Quality Management System. The Successful Quality Manager: Experience of a manufacturing environment, preferably in Electronics. Experience of implementing/maintaining AS9100 essential. Proven experience in lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma, FMEA / Risk assessments, supply chain development, Kaizen and 5s programs in a customer focused, dynamic electronic control manufacturing facility
