A leading national law firm are looking to add a Senior or Managing Associate to their corporate team in London

The Corporate Team:
This award-winning corporate group work with clients across various sectors, from start-ups to multinationals, providing support on mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, restructuring, and more. This team is highly collaborative, with a strong culture of professional development and dedication to client success.

Role Overview:
In this dynamic corporate team, you will get the opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions, advise a range of clients, and help develop and expand the corporate services offering. As part of the corporate department, you will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes for clients while contributing to the firm's growth.

The Ideal Candidate:
Candidates with at least 4 years PQE and a strong background in a well-regarded corporate team are welcomed to apply. The successful candidate must be able to handle traditional private M&A transactions, as well as ECM matters, as well as demonstrating the ability to manage clients with little supervision.
