Role Overview:

  • High-Profile Transactions: You’ll work on a diverse range of significant corporate matters advising clients on complex, high-value transactions. This includes M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, leading deal negotiations, and contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing complex M&A transactions, including cross-border deals and corporate restructurings.
  • Providing strategic advice on governance, compliance, and risk management issues.
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with clients and building a portfolio of repeat clients.
  • Mentoring junior associates and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team.
  • Actively participating in business development, including client pitches, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership.


Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • 6+ years PQE in a Corporate team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in corporate law, M&A, and private equity transactions.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead transactions and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Collaborative: Experienced in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team culture.
