Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to maintaining peak performance in our Fulfilment and Manufacturing divisions. Our 24/7 operations demand excellence, and we're seeking a talented Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to ensure our assets operate efficiently, reliably, and safely.
As a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our plant operations and driving continuous improvement. Providing technical support to Fulfilment/Manufacturing operations to optimise asset reliability and performance.
Conducting root cause analysis on engineering stoppages and implementing corrective actions.
Supporting health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborating on project activities and change initiatives.
Upholding food safety standards and traceability of engineering activities.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience in an FMCG process environment.
ONC or equivalent qualifications, with an electrically biased focus and mechanical skills.
Proficiency in PLC servo drive diagnostic techniques.
Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic controls.
A positive approach to plant reliability and continuous improvement activities.
