Multi-Skilled Service Engineer
Contract Type: Permanent
We are looking for a skilled technician to provide exceptional electrical services to our clients with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
You will perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), as well as proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk, all within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
Additionally, you will be part of the callout rota, providing timely response to client emergencies as needed.
Undertake electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met
* Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
* Ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria
* Provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction
* Evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out
* Take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary
* City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3
* Reactive maintenance across multiple disciplines (Multi-skilled)
