Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital payments? We're seeking a Card Payments Product Lead to develop innovative card-as-a-service (CaaS) solutions for fintechs, exchanges, and Web3 platforms. Optimize Product Workflows : Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to streamline client configurations, enhance user onboarding journeys, and automate backend processes such as order handling, settlement, and reconciliation.
Leverage Data for Impact : Use quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and customer insights to drive product decisions, including competitor benchmarking and user needs analysis.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and more—to scale the product while delivering a best-in-class experience for both clients and end users.

Expertise in Card Payments : At least 5 years of experience in debit/credit card product management, with a strong track record in building and managing card payment solutions for leading fintech platforms.
Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of card payments, digital wallets, and related payment ecosystems.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and KPIs to inform decisions and achieve goals.
Metrics-Oriented : Proven ability to work in a data-driven environment, moving critical metrics and delivering results.
Collaboration Skills : Skilled communicator with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Design, and executive leadership.
