Business Manager and Analyst for Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Sanius Health

Location: London

Sanius Health is a leading digital health company dedicated to accelerating drug discovery, improving patient outcomes, and advancing medical research. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Business Manager to provide comprehensive support to our Founder and CEO.

Role Overview: As the Business Manager to Sanius Health’s Founder and CEO, you will play a crucial role in facilitating strategic day-to-day activities and ensuring seamless operations within the company. You will handle a wide range of company and private matters, acting as a trusted confidant and ensuring that the CEO and Founder has the necessary capacity and space to lead the organisation effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Founder's schedule, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, managing emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and organise documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects led by the Founder, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to support decision-making.
  • Event Planning: Organise company events, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and expense management.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
  • Marketing Materials: Create marketing materials such as case studies, client quotes, and references.
  • Reporting: Performance reporting for ad hoc and monthly reporting on key strategic activities and projects.
  • Sales Support: Lead introduction of new products to sales channels, and create capture strategies aligned with practice area objectives.
  • Team Management: Help manage and expand a group of specialists, hire and train colleagues to maintain workforce.
  • Operational Support: Manage daily activities and provide operational assistance.
  • Deal Management: Create and construct deal criteria, templates, and forms.
  • Sales Support: Effectively support in the direction, recruitment and management of a team of sales personnel.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and diplomatic demeanour.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
