Job Title: Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Hybrid/London

About Us:

We are an AI startup that has distinguished itself among 400 startups by securing a place in the global elite AI startup incubator program, AI Forge, in conjunction with Google Cloud. This program offers initial investment, development support, design assistance, and access to highly-probable investment opportunities. In addition, we anticipate participating in the Nvidia Inception Program in the near future.

Our innovative startup leveraging cutting edge AI delivers world-class ad relevance to digital advertising in a privacy-first way. Our advanced AdTech ensures advertisers and publishers remain relevant in the fast-changing digital landscape.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. As the CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping the technological direction of the company, driving innovation, and ensuring that our AI solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with our business objectives. You will lead the development and execution of our technology strategy, manage a talented team of engineers and data scientists, and collaborate closely with other founders and stakeholders to achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's mission and business goals.
  • Identify emerging trends in AI and related technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Oversee the development of scalable AI solutions that address key business challenges and opportunities.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
  • Establish and manage technical partnerships and vendor relationships.

Product Development and Innovation:

  • Responsible for technology strategy, implementation and data security.
  • Form a powerful duo with CPO to ensure the company delivers exceptional products and services.
  • Ensure the integrity, quality, and performance of the technology infrastructure.
  • Drive innovation by encouraging experimentation and the adoption of best practices in AI research and development.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the CEO and other founders to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Communicate technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
  • Participate in fundraising efforts by showcasing the technological vision and capabilities to potential investors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CTO, technical co-founder, or similar leadership role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in Python and machine learning.
  • Deep expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.
  • Strong background in software development, architecture, and systems design.
  • Experience in building and leading diverse technical teams, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
