This role is pivotal in developing and implementing plans for large-scale change, fostering stakeholder engagement at all levels, and driving collaborative efforts to achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialised expertise and guidance to leadership teams, ensuring alignment between change initiatives and overall program objectives. Navigate complex conversations, effectively presenting, motivating, and influencing stakeholders across various levels. Develop and implement impactful change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, change impact assessments, and transition to business-as-usual practices. Collaborate closely with organisational leaders to analyse and manage the change landscape, ensuring priorities are effectively managed. Assess the impact of change initiatives, measuring performance indicators and recommending improvements to enhance organisational processes. Coach and mentor leaders to build change capability within the organisation, modelling continuous learning and leadership behaviours. Stay updated on industry standards and integrate best practices into change management processes. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience; qualifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are desirable. Proven experience in leading large-scale change, with a strong understanding of project and program management principles. In-depth knowledge of Change Management frameworks and methodologies, such as Prosci and ADKAR. Familiarity with organisational development theories and their application in complex environments. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences. Experience in planning and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and training sessions. Demonstrated ability to manage change programs effectively, including risk identification and mitigation planning. Capable of managing diverse workloads and maintaining composure under pressure.
