Job Title: People Change Consultant

We are seeking an experienced People Change Consultant to join our team at The One Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving meaningful change and ensuring our people are equipped to adapt to the future.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking public sector organization undergoing a significant transformation. As a People Change Consultant, you will provide specialist change management expertise to support the organization in achieving its strategic goals and delivering its transformation plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on change management within large and transformational programs.
  • Collaborate with People and other specialist teams to influence and shape change initiatives and support the delivery of transformational projects.
  • Design and implement interventions and activities that prepare the workforce for change, while effectively managing resistance to change.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational change initiatives and the overall strategic objectives.
  • Support the development of change management strategies that balance people needs with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage stakeholders and teams in the change process.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level with CIPD or Change Management qualifications and ongoing professional development.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits (including Prosci and ADKAR).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale change programs on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Experienced in managing change programs, developing business cases, identifying risks, and creating mitigation plans.
  • Strong understanding of the critical factors in leading change, with practical experience in applying project and program management approaches.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple and conflicting stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven experience in planning, facilitating, and delivering workshops that drive engagement and alignment.
