Hours: 7 am - 3 pm As the Stores/Logistics Assistant, you will be required to provide support to the store and logistics departments. Stores/Logistics Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Using the vac-forming machine, making the moulds for packaging trays
  • Stores component parts in bins according to assigned bin location.
  • Distributes stock to production workers, keeping records of material issued.
  • Completes cycle counts.
  • Upkeep of the stores for neatness of stockroom, following FIFO 'first in, first out' procedures
and maintenance of stock locations to accommodate changes, additions and deletions.
  • Dispose of all incoming packing materials in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Chemical Control & Disposal
  • Ability to apply Computer knowledge. Microsoft Excel
  • Pack finished goods - Final Inspection
  • Assist in the generation and maintenance of all necessary filing and scanning.
  • Perform all work accurately and timely.
  • Other duties that maybe designated for the needs of the business.
