Job Title - Finance Business Partner
Hybrid - Remote with 2/3 days in Office a month
As a Business Partner in Commercial Finance, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the Commercial business teams. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations to enhance business performance. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial business teams.
· Act as a strategic advisor, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
· Maintain comprehensive records of performance metrics, including sales, revenue, costs, headcount, and value drivers.
· Provide accurate and timely information to the business, ensuring understanding across teams.
· Collaborate with Management Accounts to analyse the impact of actuals, offering commentary on budget and forecast variances.
· Work closely with various functions to enhance financial control processes and governance.
· Conduct ad hoc analyses as required by the CFO or relevant Executive Stakeholder.
· Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Candidates who are not qualified with the right experience will also be considered.
· Proven experience in business partnering and financial analysis.
· Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
