You’ll be supporting 6 individuals with Learning Difficulties between the ages of 20- 60 in their own home. Supporting 6 individuals it can be a busy house and lots of coming and going.
You’ll be involved in supporting them in all activities of daily living as need to help them to live their lives how they want to.
You will support them to ensure they are actively involved in their local community.
Assisting them to make maintain relationships with friends and family and support them to be as independent as possible by assisting them to learn life skills such as cooking and cleaning, managing finances, socialising and support in engaging in meaningful hobbies/activities.

The people you will be supporting would like you to be patient, outgoing but not loud. They have also expressed that they would like someone who enjoys the outdoors, watching films, trains, and discos.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role**.** Full and part time opportunities available. You will need to have flexibility to work shifts, including sleep in nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Working hours - early and late shifts and some weekends
Up to 50% bank holiday allowance**
75 per shift + 12.07% (holiday pay)
