Life Science Associate

This role promises a stimulating environment where legal acumen is applied to a spectrum of cutting-edge issues, from IP licensing and partnering transactions to clinical trial arrangements and regulatory challenges. The successful candidate will have the privilege of advising an eclectic clientele, including global pharma, biotech firms, universities, and government bodies.
Candidates should possess at least 1 year PQE, ideally from a large regional or City firm, or an in-house position, with a robust grounding in commercial law and a passion for the life sciences sector. The role demands a lawyer with exceptional written English, a meticulous eye for detail, and the flexibility to navigate a diverse array of contracts and arrangements.
