The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Team define and drive these agendas across JLR, ensuring visibility of DE&I for our employees and working towards shaping a workplace where everyone can be their authentic self.
Reporting to the Head of DE&I, you will be responsible for managing a small team, along with multiple projects across various areas including HR and Communications ensuring the DE&I message reaches all parts of the business.
Project Management of Key projects such as Pay Gap reporting (Gender + Ethnicity), Annual Report, External DEI Audit and many more
Employee lifecycle review to build more inclusive processes and policies, across all HR teams
Reporting on 'key performance indicators' (KPI's) monthly, supporting design of data dashboards and utilising insight to build action plans
Responsible for all UK training (both digital and face to face), designing learning journey from basic DEI training to demographic specific and allyship
People Management (circa 2-3 people) and managing all external partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills
Passionate about DE&I with the ability to excite and engage stakeholders in projects being carried out
Commercial understanding of budgets and cost-effective solutions
