Media Assistant - over 50s programme
The Media Assistant role is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for being at the cutting edge of Display, AV or Out of Home Marketing and a desire to work at a World Leading Media Agency.
Campaign Planning Assistance: Supporting the team to provide best-in-class implementation and innovative a digital offline solutions in response for our clients
Build on market knowledge by building relationships with key media owners and internal stakeholders
Performance Analysis: Responsible for the generation of reports and insightful analysis on delivery and effectiveness of campaigns.
Financial Accuracy: Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate billing of client campaigns on a monthly basis
Industry Trends: Keeping up with what’s happening in the world of display, AV and OOH, having an opinion, and proactively sharing updates both internally and with wider stakeholders
Training Excellence: Develop a strong understanding of all relevant systems, tools, terminology and processes
An interest in Excel and the ability to showcase examples of data analysis experience.
Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written are key for this role.
High level of numeracy and literacy is essential due to the nature of the role being analytical and client-facing, with basic knowledge of MS Office suite.
Well-developed logic, problem solving and reasoning skills, including an aptitude for data analysis.

Training: From your first day you will embark on our extensive training programme. You will quickly be introduced to Display, AV and OOH Print Advertising through virtual classroom sessions, online training, and various workshops. Data: You’ll be working with large sets of data from the beginning of your Amplifi Academy career From the outset you will be spending time in Excel to learn where your campaign may need optimisation and spend time analysing your data.
Additionally, you will have increased opportunities to assist wider teams with analysis pieces.
Consultative Work: You’ll foster strong, professional relationships with your clients, keeping in regular contact with them through a variety of mediums, whether this is through consistent email communication or weekly phone calls. You will utilise your skills to understand your client’s goals and objectives, and as your relationship building skills progress, you could find yourself having increased involvement in your clients’ strategic decisions.
Tools and Platforms: As a Media Assistant, you will need to become extremely familiar and confident working with numerous platforms Through our training programme, you will also have the opportunity to take several courses to improve and enhance your skills on a variety of other platforms.
